Jeanna L. Montes

Jeanna brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise in operations, office management, financial paraplanner, account management, and client support.

Jeanna leverages her business expertise in client on-boarding, client resolution, and provides ongoing operational and administrative support. In addition, she utilizes her knowledge of firm policy, procedures and technology, and relationship management skills to collaborate and deliver strategic solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Prior to joining Dakota Wealth, Jeanna was Director of Client Services for JMG Wealth, which Dakota acquired in 2023.

Jeanna is originally from California and graduated from the California State University of Hayward with B.S., Business Administration/Finance. She also holds the American College Certificate in Paraplanner Development and Health Care Reform Studies.

Jeanna currently resides in Mechanicsburg with her husband, Alfonso, retired United States Marine Corps CW02, and their four children, Evan, Philip, Ava, and Aubrey. They enjoy kayaking, skiing, hiking, traveling, and camping as a family. As a busy mom of four, Jeanna tries to carve out time to go antiquing, work out on the Peloton, go to wineries, and watch her children compete in wrestling.
