Rusty LaCoss

Rusty has over 26 years of business experience working in a variety of industries including legal, banking and non-profit.

At Dakota Wealth, Rusty leverages her business expertise in client and business marketing and communications, special events, and social media. Rusty also handles special projects. Prior to joining Dakota, Rusty served as Marketing Specialist for JMG Wealth, which Dakota acquired in 2023.

Rusty is an Oregon native that was first introduced to south central Pennsylvania when her family moved with her “then” Active-Duty husband, CDR Tom LaCoss. After living in Pennsylvania, they moved to Hawaii and southern Maryland. When Tom retired from the Navy in 2016, they decided to make south central Pennsylvania their permanent home. Rusty and her family currently reside in Enola with their two children and their Papillion dog, George. They also have a daughter who is off on her own and lives California.

Rusty’s passion is cooking. She most enjoys cooking for family and friends. Rusty is an avid sports fan and enjoys sitting on her back porch watching the Patriots, Red Sox or Bruins.
