Tania Tagliavento

Tania Tagliavento’s primary focus is ensuring that her clients have an exceptional experience – cultivating, maintaining, and enhancing her relationships with the utmost care and purpose. Tania is a problem solver with strong analytical and decision-making skills and able to quickly assess a situation, distill challenges, and effectively deliver solutions.

Prior to joining Dakota, Tania served as a relationship manager at Ned Davis Research, a global provider of independent investment research for portfolio managers, analysts, endowments, and hedge funds.
Tania earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Simmons College School of Management and completed her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish at Roanoke College, where she was a member of the Xi Theta Chi Spanish Honors Society.

Active in her community, Tania volunteers with Lasagna Love, helping to provide home cooked meals to families in need. She loves traveling and enjoys attending live music events with her fiancé. In addition, she enjoys yoga, hiking, skiing, baking, frequenting museums and art galleries, and spending time with family and friends.
